Oil

Gyoza Dumplings

Preparation:

Boil the cabbage leaves until they get wilted. Drain and chop the leaves together with the green onion. Grind the garlic and the ginger. Mix the pork with all the other ingredients except with the skins and oil. After the filling is well-marinated, you may now begin forming the dumplings. First, moisten the edge of the skin with water. Then put the filling in the middle. Fold the skin in half then squeeze lightly in the center. Fold over the skin on both sides securing the contents inside. You may steam-fry it or fry it directly. Prepare the dip while you wait for the dumplings to cook.
